need to know a little more about your form. and the code on the page the form submits to. (this page must be an .asp page)
what happens when you simply retrieve a form value on the page the form submits to.
<% Response.Write Request.Form("yourformelementname") %>
what processing are you doing to the form data? are you using a redirect?
