Hey People,
im making a message board in asp using vb-script and an access db and i need to insert values into multiple records. when a user posts a new reply to a message i need the message to write to the database normally but i also need it to update the messages parent message by adding their username and the date posted.
getting these values isnt a problem, its trying to insert them into the parent message when a new reply is posted. im doing this as a way of sorting messages correctly on the front page.
