Elija's suggest while a good one, may have one flaw. If you are updating any data tables or files when you submit the frame the second frame may not pick up all the new information (assuming it is drawing from it). If this is the case for you simply use an "onload()" statement in the BODY tag and call the same function Elija discribed.
