Dear Harlan,
I appreciate your reply. What you said about golabal/local variables is absolute right.
But the problem for me is that I need to call the sub, which residents in a .inc file, to check more than two connections.
by the way, I am interested in the method you used to put a block of codes into an ActiveX dll.
Could you please share the method you used with us.
