Yea.. and just like in your previous answer about this. you totally missed the point and your answer has very little to do with the question.

Your target = "_top" would be only work if you were planning on making the person click on that link manually thus defeating the purpose of a redirect which you want to be transparent to the user.

They want to response redirect to an different frame then the one they are currently in. The answer is you cant do it with ASP alone. The server cannot redirect you to another frame in your frameset. The only way you could do it would be to have the asp generate the appropriate javascript to automatically load stuff in the other framesets. Therefore using ASP generated client side script to do the redirection.

I don't have an example of this right now because I am not Mr. Javascipt, but you could easily find the right javascript at the msnews.microsoft.com newsgroups.

Hehe.. Yeah I know. deal with it.
