Depends entirely on your budget, but I'd have a look at SiteScope by Freshwater (http://www.freshwater.com). This allows you to monitor your sites by running URL "transactions" i.e. loading up pages, entering data, pressing submit buttons etc. It also monitors NT/2000 services, resources etc. and is completely web-based. In regards to booting the server, we use VNC |
