Single quote problem when using form |

I'm trying to pass variables (stored in the database) to the form with the value='' and it work just fine, except when the variables containts a single quote ('). In this case the content of my input box stop at the quote. I understand why it does that, but i can't work around it, i tried putting double single quote but it doesn't work either. |
