Just to clarify some things...
I left out the variable in my example;
http://www.asp.com/VIEW.ASP?url=INDEX.HTM
Also, I think the best way to do this would be to set up an array and read in the page character by character until you get to EOF, then just Response.Write the whole thing. Of course, that's just my opinion; if anybody has a better idea then that's fine.
