I need some help to generate alerts and emails after a specific time period.The requirement is like this.I am assigning a work to a perticular person and the work should be completed within a specific time.If he has not finished the same within that time then it should automatically escalate to a higher level person by generating an alert and email to that person.Can anyone suggest me a solution for this. |
