I have done that using the Structured Graphics Control that comes with IE4. Thus, if you can be sure that your users have IE4, you dont have to think about installation issues.
This control allows you to draw line charts. The "drawing" can be done in an ASP, because all you do is define the PARAM-Tags of the control.
