Hi I cant see anything wrong in the code.
i would first have a look in the folders:
pickup, badmail and drop - in the smpt folders in the C:\inetpub directory if the smtp has a problem resolving the mail or encounters config trouble it will dump them in there.....
Perhaps you have already found the solution??
